Great stay, comfy bed, great breakfast and nice location

Location, staff - always answering our questions and being attentive. Really really great breakfast. On the last day we had to leave early and they even gave us a small breakfast box to go.

While it was generally clean the floors, in particular the bathroom’s, was very. The shower is not properly waterproofed so water was spilling under the bathroom door into the room

Great place to stay!

Perfect place to stay in Santiago! Hotel was good, well located - near a subway station and restaurants. Breakfast was really good and staff super helpful with booking tours and transfer to the airport. Spacious and comfortable room.

I stayed only 1 night due to overstay for a next flight, and hotel fully met my expectations.

location, cleanless, friendly staff, no problems with anything, simply all what can be expected from a business hotel. Nice business hotel recommended for a 1-7 days stay.

No kitchen facilities in the room, even no simple plates available for fruits. The bed is on the wheels and is moving away from wall, which makes a quite a nice hole for a pillows to fall in.

Exceptional

Front reception agents were friendly and spoke English to us. They allowed us to store luggage for a couple hours before our flight. They called our tour to see what happened (just late) and they called the taxi for our flight. We remember the kindness of José Luis, Jorge and Matias. There may have been one more. We are grateful as foreign travelers.
